The event must be registered.
The bride or gift recipient must register their event in order for it to be listed in our system. If the event was registered online, it should be available immediately. If the event was registered in the store, there may be a small delay in processing the paperwork and posting the information online. Check back later.
There may be a password.
The bride or gift recipient may have set up a password to access the registry. If your sceen asks for a password, and you do not have it, please contact the bride or gift recipient.
Important: Making Purchases.
Always make purchases "inside" the registry portion of the web site. When making purchases for a registered event, add them to your shopping cart and procede to the checkout and be sure to complete the transaction. Do not combine this transaction with "personal" purchases from www.keywestchef.com. That way we can be sure the gift selection gets taken off of the bride's list.
Additional Notes.
If you have any additional instructions about processing your order, please enter them with your purchase. Gift wrapping may be available on request at an additional charge, depending on the items ordered.
